Description of Project

Within project, The consultancy services shall include:

(i) Surveying and analyzing the plastic waste recycling chain;

(ii) Conducting needs assessments and organizing safety training sessions for informal groups;

(iii) Establishing and operating Resource Recovery Facilities (MRF stations).

Results, activities

• Result 1 – Develop and deploy the plan on waste segregation at source. This activity attracts the participation of government agencies (Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lien Chieu District) to co-design and consult to develop the content of plan

• Result 2 – Develop and operate the Material Recovery Facilities (MRF). Having 7 MRF stations will be constructed and operated in apartments and schools (primary schools and Kindergartens)
