(i) Monitor and collect data from households participating in the pilot program in Cam Nam Ward.
(ii) Conduct a waste composition audit of municipal solid waste generated in Cam Nam Ward.
(iii) Survey public awareness and behavioural changes resulting from participation in the pilot program.

• Result 1: Report on the implementation outcomes of the “Volume-Based Waste Fee (VBWF) Pilot Program in Cam Nam Ward, 2024.”
• Result 2: Report on the waste composition audit of municipal solid waste in Cam Nam Ward.
• Result 3: Report on the assessment of public awareness and behavioral changes resulting from the pilot program.
